Design and documentation of new auditorium and mezzanine level within existing building.
WYONG POLICE STATION ($8M)
Design of the new Wyong 24 hour Police Station, consisting of 4 levels of post-tensioned long span slabs, adjoining the existing courthouse.
MOLLYMOOK GOLF CLUB
Major refurbishment of the Ground Floor and First Floor areas including removal of major load bearing elements.
MIRANDA RSL CLUB ($1.5M)
Refurbishment works to the existing club including removal of existing load bearing support structure and strengthening works to allow for new roof mechanical plant platforms.
WOLLONGONG EX-SERVICES CLUB - 'ILLAWARRA DIGGERS'
Major refurbishment of the Ground Floor and First Floor areas allowing for the removal of major load bearing elements.
OAK FLATS BOWLING CLUB
Major refurbishment of internal club areas and additions to existing club including new carpark and outdoor terrace.
SHELLHARBOUR PRIVATE HOSPITAL - ADDITIONS & ALTERATIONS
New 2 storey hospital wing adjoining the existing hospital, incorporating administration facilities, new hydrotherapy pool and refurbishment of the existing facilities
SALVATION ARMY BUILDING, WOLLONGONG
New two storey commercial building with single level basement car park as offices and multi purpose hall for the Salvation Army.
